Success Story

This is Molly the Pitbull Terrier. Molly's back right leg had to be amputated after she was caught in a bear trap and missing for eight day's. She was turned over to our rescue by her owners after they chose to put her down. Molly is a real trooper. Not only did she survive the surgery and come out just fine. She can run and keep up with every dog at the rescue. She loves to play and loves the belly rubs that she gets when she falls at someone's feet.

Molly has come so far since she has been with her new family. Mother and Daughter, Debbie and Staci have been a wonderful family or Molly. They have worked diligently with Molly to help her cope with her new environment. Molly had a few issues at first with the other dogs in the family but that's all history now. Molly loves to go outside with her new sisters and be a part of the pack and part of the pack she is. She wouldn't have it any other way now. Molly has truly found her forever home and couldn't be with a better family. Debbie and Staci are making sure that Molly gets all of the care that she needs. Molly was diagnosed with heartworm's but thanks to her new family, she will start her heartworm treatment soon. Debbie and Staci are perfect examples of what proud pet owners should be. This is why Lost Without You Animal Rescue is so careful about where our animals are placed. So that they do not come out of the kind of environment that Molly came from before coming into our rescue.
